By accessing or utilizing DigitFinServ website and financial application services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

DigitFinServ provides a digital platform enabling users to compare, apply for, and track financial services including:

• Life, Vehicle (Car/Bike), Health, and Term Insurance products offered by licensed insurance partners.
• Personal, Business, Home, and Vehicle Loan applications processed through verified banking/NBFC partners.
• Mutual Fund SIP & Fixed Deposit information calculators.
• Income Tax Return (ITR) and GST registration advisory services.

3. User Account & Accuracy of Data

Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of any information provided during quotation or lead submission. Providing misleading, fraudulent, or false vehicle registration and identity information may result in policy cancellation or loan rejection by underwriting institutions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand marks, logos, graphics, source code, design systems, and original content on DigitFinServ are the exclusive intellectual property of DigitFinServ and founder Birendra Kumar Poddar. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While DigitFinServ strives to ensure continuous availability and accurate financial rate calculations, final insurance issuance and loan approvals are determined solely by underwriting institutions. DigitFinServ shall not be liable for third-party institutional decisions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to exclusive jurisdiction in applicable courts.
